Mr. Holmstead holds a BA cum laude from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Stanford Business School.Jon Cole is General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Melody. Mr. Yaralian has over 13 years of experience in structured finance and credit investing with an industry focus in Energy, Commodities, and Infrastructure. Mr. Benett also served as the Global Head of Diversified Financial Services Investment Banking. Prior to joining Melody, Mr. Benett was Head of Diversified Financial Services Investment Banking for KBW/Stifel. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Yaralian worked in WestLB’s Energy Investment Banking and Project Finance Group. Prior to Stone Lion, Mr. Holmstead worked at UBS Investment Bank, focusing on distressed TMT investments.

Mr. Holmstead has over 10 years of experience in credit, distressed, and special situations investing. Melody Capital Partners, LP is a New York based private investment firm with a unique strategy of crafting solutions in partnership with issuers. Mr. Tanjeloff holds a BS in Consumer Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.Halle Benett is a Managing Director and Head of Financials at Melody. During his career as an investment banker he has led and closed over 100 transactions. He is also a member of Melody’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Merisant, Mr. Cole worked in private practice at Akin Gump, representing clients in debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, and reorganization. Mr. Yaralian was responsible for leading and managing all aspects of a transaction from inception to closure. Mr. Tanjeloff currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Affinity Gaming, a leading regional gaming company with over $400 million of revenues. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Holmstead worked at Matlin Patterson Asset Management, focusing on distress for control investing across Media, Retail and Energy industries. Prior to joining Merisant, Mr. Cole worked in private practice at Akin Gump, representing clients in debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, and reorganization. He also serves as the Chairman of the Audit committee and Governance Committee of the Board. He managed a team of over 90 bankers and was a member of the US Investment Banking Committee. Mr. Scaminaci began his career as an attorney. Mr. Oboler currently serves on the Board of Directors of UJA-Federation of New York. Prior to working in the Special Situations Group, Mr. Yaralian solely managed a $500+ million commodity structured product portfolio as part of UBS’s exit from the commodity business.

Mr. Oboler began his career working for Rabobank International in New York and Amsterdam, focusing on credit risk management, structured finance, leveraged finance, and M&A advisory.
